In class, we examined a psychoanalysis theory. The main focus was how we as a society can change how we see the media and their commercial products. Freud explains how our behavior is driven. I found the history of public relations very interesting. It taught me that as a producer, the consumer must not just want to buy the product, be it must be a necessity. I never learned all the detail behind this way of thinking and now I know. It’s funny how this is still the main method of selling products today.
